Jeff Hackeson
Managing Director, Change Enablement, Prosci® Certified Master Instructor
Jeff provides strong innovative strategic change leadership and has a proven track record planning and executing large scale transformational business, IT system and organisational cultural change.
As a founding Director of Change Enablement Jeff is responsible for developing both strategy and operational planning for building change training and advisory services in the APAC region.
A capability specialist and Prosci® instructor, Jeff is experienced in the delivery of Prosci’s full suite of programs and has embedded change capabilities and competencies into organisations across government, utilities, telecommunications, manufacturing and education.
Jeff collaborates with clients to design enterprise wide change enabling strategies and plans. He ensures that these deliver the individual learning pathways required for an organisation to build their internalcompetencies; driving leadership and high performance business teams that maximise return on investment and realise organisational benefits for their employees and customers.
John Prentice
Director, Change Enablement, Business Development and Client Success
John is one our leading facilitators and presenters. He is also driving growth at Change Enablement with a focus on developing both our domestic and international presence.
His anywhere, anytime approach ensures his support for clients goes well beyond just the training we provide.
With over 20 years’ experience John’s professional career spans industry sectors including media, telecommunications and consulting services . His professional speciality areas include business process design, change management, channel capability and people development.
