Participants gain an understanding of the tools and mindsets of human-centered thinking. Participants leave our workshop with the ability to leverage deep customer empathy, radical collaboration and rapid experimentation in their everyday work.

Overview

  • 120-minutes (excluding tech check and facilitated Q&A at the end)
  • Highly immersive and guided by our proprietary technology simulation
  • Delivered live by an ExperiencePoint-trained facilitator via a video conferencing platform to encourage visual learning, engagement and collaboration
  • A virtual ExperiencePoint production manager guides communication and connects remote teams and individuals
